Packages must comply with all local laws, safety regulations, and Vaultpip Delivery prohibited item policies
Vaultpip Delivery is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, or other factors beyond our control
Delivery fees and other charges are payable as indicated on the website or app
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
Users must ensure sufficient funds or valid payment methods
Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services or account termination
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Vaultpip Delivery Refund Policy.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Vaultpip Delivery’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or service fee, unless additional insurance is purchased
Users may not ship items that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by Vaultpip Delivery, including but not limited to:
Explosives, flammable materials, or corrosive substances
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms or weapons without required permits
Perishable goods that may spoil during transit
