Refund Policy

Vaultpip Delivery (“Vaultpip,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing reliable and high-quality delivery services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Failure: The delivery was not completed due to an error or fault directly attributable to Vaultpip Delivery.

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same delivery order.

  • Order Cancellation by Vaultpip: Vaultpip cancels a confirmed delivery order due to operational constraints.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept delivery

  • Delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, public emergencies, or force majeure events

  • Seized, delayed, or rejected shipments due to regulatory or customs issues

  • Items prohibited by law or by Vaultpip policies

  • Change of mind after a delivery has been dispatched or completed


3. Damaged or Lost Items

If a package is damaged or lost while under Vaultpip Delivery’s custody:

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or scheduled delivery time

  • Supporting evidence (photos, order number, and description) may be required

  • Compensation, if approved, will be limited to the declared value of the shipment or the service fee, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance was purchased


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact Vaultpip Delivery customer support

  2. Provide the order reference number

  3. Clearly state the reason for the refund request

  4. Submit any requested documentation

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or cancellation.


5. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible

  • Processing times may take 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Vaultpip Delivery is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors


6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, Vaultpip Delivery may issue partial refunds, including:

  • Significant service delays caused by Vaultpip

  • Partial completion of delivery services

  • Promotional or discounted services


7. Right to Refuse Refunds

Vaultpip Delivery reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests that do not meet this policy’s conditions

  • Suspend or restrict accounts that submit fraudulent or abusive refund claims


8. Policy Updates

Vaultpip Delivery may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
